Elegant lady International European Doll
This beautiful little lady is one of 5 dolls purchased at an estate sale. The woman who sold them to me said they were hers when she was a girl. She stated she was 47. So she is probably 50 years old. “My parents bought them for me in Europe.”
Fashionably up to date (for the turn of the century) This little beauty is perfectly coiffed with black netting that covers her face and veils her twisted hair and then is piled high on top of her hat.
She is a woman of mystery with her 1 simple beauty mark on her cheek. Her sparkling blue sleeper eyes work perfectly! She is dressed in luxurious turquoise blue satin and black lace. She cuddles a white boa to add to the flair!
She stands 9” short. Her dress is much longer than her little legs, so she stays standing by balancing on her hem, which works just fine. To protect her from the suns harmful rays she carries a parasol that matches her elegant gown.
